Service Update: Appointment-Based eBike & Bicycle Service

We’ve added an appointment-based system to deliver faster, same-day service for most maintenance and minor repairs. Walk-ins are still accepted, though we have stopped all third-party eBike and scooter repairs. We will service non-electric bicycles and eBike brands that we sell. The full list of supported brands can be found at the booking link below.

How to book: Use the link below to select your preferred arrival time. Our ideal turnaround is a 3-hour window (for example, select a 12:00 PM appointment for a noon drop-off and pick up by 3 PM). If your bike needs extra work or parts, we’ll contact you right away with an updated timeline.

Booking ahead allows us to look up your bike’s information and order any needed parts before you arrive so your service is quicker and smoother. We may reach out to you for more information if needed prior to your appointment.

A few important notes:

Appointments are per bike. If you’re bringing two bikes, please schedule two separate visits.

We do not service electric scooters.
