Shipping:

Since this our first launch of an eCommerce site, at this time all purchases from ASR are default to in store pick up.  Please call the shop at 412-220-1900 to request a shipping quote. eBikes currently have been $300-$500 through FedEx home delivery.  Small package rates for parts and accessories vary. 

ASR enjoys meeting our customers in person and offering fully tuned and assembled bikes.  We prefer to personally deliver to your home rather than using shipping companies when possible.

We offer free home delivery within 10 miles of ASR.

Deliveries of 10-300+ mile radius are usually available for a nominal fee of $.50/mile (one way charge only).

Returns:

All electric bike sales are final and we do not accept returns. *Adam has been known to make exceptions for a small restocking fee though in certain circumstances.

Most merchandise is returnable for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 14 days of purchase.
